Why Quick Organics

The tools your paperwork's been missing.

Purpose-built for organic certification — not generic ag software with a compliance tab bolted on.

Ask Quick AI

Your AI certification assistant.

Chat with an assistant that has your OSP, locations, activities, and submissions in context. “What's still incomplete on my OSP?” “When did we last use that input?” — answers in seconds, no digging.

Buffer zones

Mapped and color-coded automatically.

Buffer zones generate automatically from your location boundaries, color-coded by contamination risk. Adjust when your layout requires it — every change is logged.

Year over year

Next season's OSP starts pre-filled.

At renewal, last year's plan carries forward. You review what changed — practices, inputs, locations — instead of re-entering everything from scratch.

Certifier compatible

Works with your certifier, whoever they are.

Built around USDA NOP requirements, so your certifier gets what they need in a format they recognize — no matter which accredited agency certifies you.

Two sides, one source of truth

Built for the operation and the certifier.

Operations log. Certifiers review. No one re-enters, re-emails, or re-types. Ever.

01 — Producer

Log the day, not the paperwork.

Photos, one-tap activity logs, custom templates. Ask Quick AI when you're stuck. A field-first interface built for muddy boots and gloved hands.

Frequently asked

Common questions about Quick Organics.

  • Does Quick Organics replace my certifier?

No. Quick Organics is the software your operation and your USDA-accredited certifier use to manage the Organic System Plan, submissions, and ongoing records. The certifier still reviews, inspects, and issues the certificate. We're the platform that makes the paperwork side of that relationship faster and more transparent for both sides.

  • Which certifiers can I use Quick Organics with?

The Common product works with any USDA-accredited certifier — the OSP it produces meets the requirements of 7 CFR Part 205 regardless of who reviews it. We also have direct integrations with NFC and CCOF that include their certifier-specific overlays and review workflows. If your certifier wants a deeper integration we're glad to talk; reach out at hello@quickorganics.com.

  • How long does it take to write an OSP in Quick Organics?

First-time operations typically complete a draft OSP in 8 to 20 hours of focused work, spread across a few weeks while the underlying records get gathered. Year-two operations are faster because parcel data, supplier lists, and prior answers are already in the system; many finalize their renewal OSP in a single afternoon. The platform's pre-fill from operation data and conditional logic save the bulk of the time.

  • What does it cost?

Pricing for the Common (farmer-direct) product is tiered by operation revenue, with a free trial. NFC and CCOF customers don't pay Quick Organics directly; the certifier covers it. Detailed pricing is on the registration page once you select a tier — we keep prices visible rather than gated behind sales calls.

  • Can I track livestock and handler operations, not just crops?

Yes. The platform supports any combination of crops, wild crops, livestock, and handling on the same operation. The OSP modules you see are filtered by your scope flags, so a pure crop farm never sees the livestock modules and a handler-only facility skips the field-management sections. Split operations with both organic and conventional production lines are also supported.

  • Where does my data live, and what happens if I leave?

Your data lives in our managed Postgres database and S3-backed file storage. You own it. If you ever want to leave, we can export everything (OSP versions, parcels, herd, activities, documents) as PDFs and structured data files — your certifier-ready paper trail comes with you regardless of where you keep it next.

not filing.
